This morning the world saw disturbing images of a knife wielding man casually talking into a camera about what he had done not five minutes prior. He and another had intentionally run down then hacked to death a British soldier presumably returning to his barracks.
Their reason(s) for this barbaric attack? Apparently the murdered soldier was guilty of killing Muslims in Afghanistan, which of course they had no evidence or proof to suggest that the man had served anywhere let alone killed anyone.
Why then was he mercilessly attacked?
Because he was a non-muslim, that’s why.
A poor innocent human being sadly in the wrong place at the wrong time. A victim of sick perverted ideologies that take the words of a book and twist them to justify hatred and violence towards those they perceive as ‘infidels’.
Rewind to last month, when two disaffected migrant brothers set two bombs at the end of the Boston marathon, killing several people and injuring others.
And then there are the Madrid and UK public transport bombings, the Bali bombings, 9/11…and so on. We are told there is nothing to worry about.
It is reasonable to suggest that a radical interpretation of Islam is becoming more prevalent as the numbers of muslims worldwide increase, and whilst of course not all muslims are evil, infidel-hating terrorists, they seem to have little control over those who are. The same resolve to defeat terrorism must be shared by those within the perimeters of its origins, as much so if not more than those who are the targets.
Concerned citizens are constantly being told by politicians, left wing ‘social justice’ campaigners, and media outlets to keep calm and not be too quick to judge. In the interests of maintaining political correctness, reference to the perpetrators religion is conveniently censored so as not to offend whilst all the while, we are being offended by the erosion of freedom of information.
When is enough, enough?
