Where Islamism Spreads...Freedom Dies

Australians are begging Federal Parliament, State Parliaments, local councillors – anyone who will listen – to simply enforce our laws. But they’re not listening. In fact, it seems like the only people who are being heard are the activists who viciously attack anyone like Senator Bernardi who dares suggest that Multiculturalism isn't the problem, Islamism is.

Because I mention Islam and Islamism in the same sentence, let me stop right here and let me be crystal clear.

I’m not anti-Islam, I’m anti-Islamist and there’s a huge distinction. I don’t care whether my neighbour claimed there were thirty gods or no God, as long as the neighbour neither picked my pocket nor broke my arm. Radical Islam, though, picks pockets and breaks arms and that’s why we must find a way to stop it.
As part of my research for my third fiction novel – Australia Day - I read the English version of the Koran and I can tell you that the overwhelming majority of most Muslims are good, peace-loving people.
I have witnessed how quickly fear can make good, rational people overreact. Just look at what happened in the Sydney CBD on September 15. I have written many blogs and letters to newspaper editors begging moderate Australian Muslims to stand up and denounce the monsters and radicals who have perverted their religion.
Although some have spoken out, it’s clear to me and politicians like Senator Bernardi that the Islamists plan to use fear and intimidation is working. They have shown that they are more than willing to kill anyone, including other Muslims, who don’t share their beliefs, and that has left many moderate Muslims and non-Muslims living in fear.
Muslims are NOT the enemy, Islamists who want to destroy our democracy and create Islamist states under Sharia Law all over the world ARE the enemy.

We are a nation of immigrants. Not only do I understand that, I also cherish it. But that has nothing to do with the issue we’re talking about – and spinning an argument about the rejection of Islamism into one about hatred for Muslim immigrants and the failure of Multiculturalism is unfair to what should otherwise be a legitimate debate.

Do you really think that Islamists care about our stupid little debates over how to avoid hurt feelings? Of course not. They actually welcome this softly cuddly atmosphere we’ve created because it’s an integral part of how they intend to get close enough to kill us.

Islamists understand that our greatest strength – our freedom – is also our greatest weakness. We Australians hold our freedoms above almost everything. We believe in a fair go and she’ll be right mate. But here’s a news flash people – the Islamists don’t. They’re disgusted by our Western values such as freedom, democracy or the very thought of women being equal to men.

Most Muslims have a private spiritual life and are quite happy to live in a country where they can practice their faith freely and openly. But Islamists don’t want a ‘private spiritual life’ – they want a political system that makes faith a very public, state oriented system. It’s all about politics, not religion. In the world of Islamic extremism there is no separation of mosque and state because their church is their state. Their religious leaders are their political leaders and those leaders are happy to give you a simple choice: Live under Islamic rule or die.

Only in country as free as Australia can someone like Islamist’s preacher Ibrahim Siddiq-Conlon from Sharia4Australia come out and say without condemnation from our Prime Minister blatant extremism like this: "My attack is on the Prime Minister of Australia. I hate the parliament in Canberra. I want to go straight for the jugular vein and advise the parliament that they have no right to legislate. They should immediately step down and let the Muslins take over."

"One day Australia will live under Sharia; it’s inevitable. If Australians don’t accept it, that’s not our problem. We hope, and our objective is to have a peaceful transition, but when you look at history that has never been the case. There’s always been a fight. It is inevitable that one day there will be a struggle for Islam in Australia."

These home grown Islamists say the darnedest things, don’t they?

Islamism is Islamic law surpassing every other law in society – including our precious Australian Constitution – and people like Siddiq-Conlon believe that everybody in Australia and the world should live under it.

The basis of Islamic law is Sharia, which is not an actual set of laws but rather a system of making them based on the interpretations of the Koran by religious leaders. These are pronouncements that encompass every aspect of a Muslims’ life: Justice, finance, marriage, divorce, diet and every other thing you can think of.

Although it can be interpreted in many different ways, restriction and punishment are common elements of Sharia as followed by extremists:

An eye for an eye
Drinkers (of alcohol) and gamblers must be whipped
Homosexuals must be put to death
Adulterers must be stoned to death (If Australia was an Islamic State, our PM would be in a world of trouble)
Islam commands that thieves must have a hand cut off (warning – very graphic)
It’s ok for men to hit their women if they want to
If you say anything negative about Islam, you can be put to death
Islam orders apostates to be killed (If you ever leave Islam, you can be put to death)

Progressives like Prime Minister Gillard , Immigration Minister Bowen and former opposition leader Malcolm Turnbull all claim that tolerance of Islam is the best way to defeat Islamism really misjudge the entire problem of Islam and the West. It isn't merely Islamism that we are confronting here, but the oppression inherent in Islam itself. Islam is an ideology that is wholly against individualism. It is against individual rights and freedom and if we begin to use government rules and institutions to honour Islam we are breaking down the barriers of our own, more tolerant system and allowing this essentially chauvinistic, authoritarian system to infect ours.

One example of the beginnings of the destruction of a western legal system has occurred here in Australia. In a recent court case in Perth a PC infected judge cleared her courtroom of males when a female Muslim had to remove her burka in order to testify. Instead of requiring this woman to remove her burka and testify before the court in keeping with Australian law, this PC judge bowed to a foreign repressive ideology allowing it to supersede our own laws.

As far as the governing progressive left here are concerned, they claim not to be worried about Sharia infesting our own system. They claim that the numbers of Muslims in Australia are too small to affect it. But this denial of creeping Sharia ignores the outsized and pernicious influence that groups like the AFIC (Australian Federation of Islamic Councils) and the various state Islamic Councils have on our legal system. These groups aren't interested in the democratic process. They are interested in using our legal system against us.

The fact is, every little indentation that Islam can make into our system is one more step toward our demise and that is the ultimate goal of Islamists everywhere.

So what can we do? Is there is a solution? Yes there is and I think we need four phases to prevent the spread of Islamism in Australia.

Phase One: Call Evil by its real name.

No one can be silent anymore. We all, Muslim and non-Muslim alike, must speak up and say “enough” if we don’t want our history, our Australian culture and likely our entire civilisation to be completely destroyed.

Women need to take the lead on this. Where’s the National Council of Women of Australia speaking out against the fact that women in extremist societies are tortured, discriminated against, forced into arranged marriages and not allowed access to education? Aren’t they supposed to advocate and defend women’s rights? Every woman in Australia, regardless of her religious beliefs, should stand up against this cruelty and the rest of us need to encourage and empower women to do so.

Pity our first Australian female Prime Minister, Julia Gillard, has been more of an apologists rather than a strong vocal advocate for moderate Muslims to stand up against the Islamists.

Of course people like the Prime Minister, Minister Bowen or Malcolm Turnbull label you a racist and Islamophobe the second you question the motives or ask honest questions about Islam. Theo van Gogh made a 10 minute film about Radical Islam and ended up dead. Maybe I shouldn’t have posted my cartoon after all???

Ms. Ayaan Hirsi Ali, a former Muslim who fled Somalia and an arranged marriage and was also targeted for death by Theo van Gogh’s killer has a chilling message about creeping Sharia. “For people who say it’s a small problem, I want to tell them it starts small but it grows. When I was living in Africa...the first veils...were remarkable. Now a country like mine in Somalia is entirely in the hands of people who want to introduce Islamic law, which was just unfathomable 20 years ago.”

Phase Two: Free speech must reign and political correctness must die.

It might seem like a trivial point when talking about Islamism, but our country is headed down a very dangerous path if we keep letting special-interest groups – whether they are based on religion or not – become more important than the laws of the land.

Slippery slope has become a cliché, but that’s because it’s absolutely true. Giving in to one group that’s offended by teaching the Holocaust or another group that wants to start a private religious school may not seem like a big deal, but all of those concessions begin to multiply, and you end up reliving Ms. Ayann Hirsi Ali’s experience.

Phase Three: Secure borders

Our current way of handling our borders, essentially hoping that the people who come by boat are innocent people instead of terrorists, is going to get us all killed. It may be a guy smuggling in bomb or a couple hundred extremists coming in over the decades to preach Western hatred and Islamism – but either way, you simply cannot have a country without secure borders.

Phase Four: Expose them to the masses

The internet has become important for Islamic extremists, so important they have come to value the internet so much for its ability to spread their message that some have said the keyboard is as important as an AK47 assault rifle.

But the power of the internet shouldn’t be used only by Islamists who want to expose their views to the masses. We should use it to expose them to the masses.

Until the recent Muslim protest, the mainstream Australian media have had no interest in showing us what Islamist’s say or do or how clearly they state their threats against us. That’s why it’s up to all of us – the ones who understand what’s happening – to spread the word and the internet is a great way to do that.

So please stop it with the political correctness and remember, we are still a free society, living under a Constitution. Some of you may not like my cartoon and what I have to say here, but (so far) I have the right to publish the cartoon and say what I like without being killed.

There are two fronts that must be defended in the war with Islamic extremists – our homeland and our freedoms.

If we don’t vigilantly defend both of them, we will end up with neither.

But -- and particularly since the forever-devastating to Australia few short months of the "prime-ministership" of the Maoist traitor, Whitlam and of his criminal gang posing as a "government" -- and including the mobbed-up malevolent criminal scumbag Mafioso "father" of the tyranny called "multiculturalism" -- Australia's borders, language and culture and with those the Australian Nation, have been under relentless assault. Until that nation is now on the verge of degenerating into a willfully-balkanized, authoritarian-regulatory-bureaucrat-surveilled, monitored and run, centrally-planned, third-world state.

Whose inevitable further balkanization is - as the direct consequence of the policies of Australia's ever-increasingly-fascistic Left - being willfully and treasonously incited, encouraged and facilitated in the ongoing Criminal Alien Invasion of Christmas and Cocos Keeling Islands and of the Australian mainland.

A treasonously-incited Criminal Alien Invasion whose cynical sole purpose, by way of maximizing the creation of dissent among Australians, is to increase the collectivist-power of the authoritarian state over the individual, free, Australian.
